1581285 - SBOP BI 4.0 cannot connect to the database after patch 10 installation

Symptom

SBOP BI 4.0 cannot connect to the Oracle Database

Environment

• SBOP BI 4.0 patch 10
• Oracle 10.2.0.4
• Oracle Client 10.2.0.4 x64

Reproducing the Issue

Install the patch 10

Cause

The sqlrule.llr and sqlrule.dfa had been deleted when the patch was applied.

Resolution

copy the sqlrule.llr and the sqlrule.dfa from another Oracle system
