UnrealIRCd 介绍
UnrealIRCd 是一个开源的IRC 服务器。于1999年5月开始开发，UnrealIRCd 的前身是用于DALnet IRC
网络的Dreamforge IRCd，经过多年的发展，许多令人兴奋的新功能已经添加到UnrealIRCd，比较显著的特点如下：
