Channel you are on and the Color you want.
For Windows XP Navigate To :
C:\Documents and Settings\ UserName \Local Settings\Application
Data\Google\Chrome\Application\ VersionNumber \Themes\
For Windows Vista or Windows 7 Navigate To :
C:\Users\ UserName \AppData\Local\Google\Chrome\Application \
VersionNumber \Themes\
