本机上 Arcgis api for silverlight 4.0 的环境都已搭建好，今日需用VS2008+SL3 开发GIS项目，打开项目时报警告：

经确定 需要安装Silverlight Tools3 才行。
同时Silverlight Tools3的版本必须与VS,VS SP1语言版本一致。
